Tasting notes:Notes of scrumptious, ripe peach are followed by subtle aromas of lychee and elderflower.

Notes from the winemaker: Each varietal is vinified separately. The grenache is mutated before the end of fermentation by centrifugation which allows us not to augment the sulfite level and to bring out a wine that has the same characteristics as a dry wine, and as natural as possible. We only use direct press juice
